Proxio Awarded Innovation of the Year
Proxio was awarded the Grand Logistics & Transportation award (”Stora Logistik & Transportpriset”) in the category “Innovations for Road Transportation 2009″.
Proxio Optimizer is a software that helps transportation buying companies to significantly reduce transportation cost and CO2 emmissions.
The jury’s motivation follows; “Transportation cost is a large part of the cost for many companies. With Proxio Optimizer, the transportation procurement process can be conducted more efficient and in shorter time, with decreased environmental impact and lower costs as the result.

According to Volvo Technology Transfer, Proxio’s solution has shown it could reduce a company’s transport costs by at least 15% and fully implemented up to 100M SEK.
