Mattias has extensive experience in the development of innovative software solutions for the transport industry. He has been with Proxio since the beginning and is our CEO while also being the architect and overall technical responsibility for Proxio's software. Mattias long industry experience and technical competence combined with his willingness to always find solutions make him a valued advisor to our customers. Mattias is a dedicated adventurer and if he is not at home with his family, you will surely find him on a running track or swimming in a lake or bay.

Johan Vagerstam

Johan is an experienced entrepreneur in technology and logistics. At Proxio, Johan is responsible for accelerating the company's growth and developing attractive customer offerings. Johan has an eye for detail while being able to have a helicopter perspective. Before joining Proxio, Johan was co-founder and CEO of TenderEasy, a B2B SaaS company in freight procurement, and he led the company to an exit to Alpega Group. In his spare time, Johan likes to draw, plan and build his summer house or do some trail cycling on his mountain bike.

Klas Sjöberg
Sales and Key Account Manager
Klas works with sales and key account management. His passion is in logistics and sustainability. With extensive industry experience, he focuses on developing business relationships and driving sales. Klas contributes with a deep understanding of the customers' needs and a strong commitment to getting companies to switch to sustainable transport and efficient logistics solutions. In his spare time, Klas likes to be out in nature, preferably in a mountain environment with a fly fishing rod in hand or skis on his feet. You can often see him on the sidelines of the soccer field when one of the kids is training or playing a game.
