The Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC), an initiative of Smart Freight Centre, provides the globally recognized methodology for calculating and reporting greenhouse gas emissions across the logistics supply chain. GLEC brings together key logistics industry stakeholders, including shippers, carriers, and logistics service providers, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations, to create a harmonized, transparent, and consistent method for measuring and reporting carbon emissions.
